Developed by Dr. Nicole Carvill, the program equips schools, kindergartens, daycare centres, and other educational organisations with practical tools to meet each child’s unique needs. Through in-person and online services, it helps teams build the skills and confidence to support children navigating neurodivergence, PDA, trauma, anxiety, learning challenges, and the complexities of growing up.

Joining our Educator Support Program connects your organisation with our experienced team of child psychologists, occupational therapists and trauma-informed social workers. Based on your chosen package, you’ll also gain access to the following support services:
Expert assessments
Identify and understand the specific needs of students with ADHD, PDA, ASD, Intellectual Disability, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia and other learning challenges.
Targeted consultations
Book private consultations in person or over Zoom, to seek advice, strategies and solutions for your students.
Online Training Hub
Access expert-led professional development through our online Training Hub offering webinars on a range of topics—from inclusive learning to school avoidance and beyond.
HOW IT WORKS
For a monthly fee, you can unlock up to 10 hours of holistic support per month and scale your package to align with your wellbeing goals. Packages start from $975+GST per month and may include:
- A free Discovery Call to discuss your needs.
- A 1-hour Wellbeing Planning Session.
- In-person or Zoom meetings and training with our team of child psychlogists, occupational. therapists and trauma-informed social workers—including our clinic director Dr Nicole Carvill.
- Reports provided for all assessments.
- Free training webinars and on-demand access to our online learning hub.
- Custom resource creation to support individual students or cohorts.
- Recorded consultation transcripts.
